2. Request your quote. Send your configuration to Tier 1 and receive a reference number.
3. Tier 1 reviews the details. We confirm your phone choices, number transfer eligibility, service addresses and complete pricing.
4. Approve your final quote and billing. Review the final quote and billing before activation.
5. Activate on your schedule. We prepare users and devices and coordinate your number transfers. Keep your current phone service active until the transfer and cutover are confirmed.

Can I keep my business numbers?
We review transfer eligibility before scheduling a port. Keep your existing service active until the transfer is complete.
Can I mix new phones, BYOD and apps?
Yes. Use model quantities for new equipment and the BYOD fields for existing phones. Compatibility is checked before we approve reused devices.
Why are hardware prices not shown?
We confirm model availability, accessories and your requirements before providing an equipment quote. Selecting a model does not purchase it.
What does the service estimate include?
Choose annual prepayment at $25 per user per month equivalent ($300 per user billed annually), or monthly billing at $29 per user. Annual is selected by default. No payment is collected on this page. Hardware, add-ons, number charges, setup, taxes and regulatory fees are separate. Your final quote will show the full cost.
Will completing the builder activate service?
No. Completing the builder sends a quote request to Tier 1 for review. No payment is taken. Activation requires your approval of the final quote and billing, a confirmed setup and an agreed cutover.
