Tier 1 Telecom SMS Program
Program name: Tier 1 Telecom Customer Communications.
If you separately select an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring conversational and informational text messages from Tier 1 Telecom related to your inquiry, consultation or appointment scheduling, phone-system or bill-review requests, service updates, account notifications, and requested customer support.
- Opt-in: Consent is obtained through a separate optional checkbox on an eligible website form. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive recurring text messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions.
